I’m Christopher Nissen — Business Architect and the person founders call when the complexity gets too loud to think through alone.
For over 20 years I’ve worked at the centre of growing businesses — diagnosing structural problems, designing operating systems, building performance frameworks, and turning chaotic organisations into structured, scalable operations. I’ve sat in COO-level positions across industries, not because I was managing — but because I was building what didn’t exist yet.
My edge is pattern recognition. I see what’s broken, what’s misaligned, and what’s possible — often before anyone else in the room does. Then I build the structure to act on it.
That same thinking shapes everything I produce — from direct advisory work to the books and courses in the Library. It’s one body of work, applied at different levels.
