Business Architect
It is understanding what is really happening, what is producing the outcome, and what needs to change.
Recognition
Decisions repeatedly return to the same person. People work hard without moving in the same direction. Standards are unclear, accountability is inconsistent, and problems are addressed too late.
Growth can outpace systems. Leaders can know something is wrong without yet seeing what is producing it.
The visible problem is often not the real problem. It is a result of something underneath it.
Understanding
I do not begin with a template or a quick fix. I begin by understanding reality.
Credibility
Christopher has worked across private enterprise, NGOs and development, faith institutions, academia and training. His work includes business building, leadership development, organisational systems, governance, practical transformation and turnaround.

Your assessment level is determined by the size and complexity of your organisation. Pre-qualification comes first, followed by the appropriate assessment level, payment, private booking and the assessment itself.
The pre-qualification process determines the appropriate assessment level. R2,500 is a starting price, not a universal price.
Reassurance
It is a structured starting point for understanding what is happening in your organisation, what may be producing the outcome, and what the appropriate next step is. It is not a template or a quick fix.
The pre-qualification looks at the organisation's size, complexity, circumstances and the level of work required. That determines whether R2,500, R5,000, R7,500 or R10,000 is the appropriate level — or whether a scoped PRA is more suitable.
The assessment level is established through pre-qualification first. Payment confirms that level. A private booking link becomes available only after payment is complete.
Where the situation or organisation requires a more complex engagement, the qualification process identifies this early. A scoped PRA may be recommended rather than a standard Business Clarity Assessment.
Once pre-qualification is submitted, you will receive a response confirming the appropriate assessment level before any payment is requested.
Action
Start the pre-qualification process. It costs nothing and takes a few minutes.
